Took 10 minutes to put together (including a hunt for a philips head screwdriver and pliers). Seems quite sturdy; although it's meant for 5-gallon water bottles it takes our 3-gallon bottles just fine. Nice to have the floor space back!

The stand works well. The bottles fit well and looks good in open area.
