Costumer Reviews
Likes (in no particular order): Product design fits well in our office. No visible bottle, so unit it not as tall as others and the top surface can hold a cup supply. No need to invert bottle. Accepts both round and rectangular 5-gallon bottles, which slide easily into place. Quiet (about the same as a mini-refrigerator). Dispenses cold, hot, or room temperature water (3 buttons, one spout). Good recovery rate.
Dislikes: Drip tray is easy to dislodge, could fit more snugly. A penny-sized piece of velcro attached to the back solved the problem.
Caution: Do not move unit when resevoir is full. You can dislodge the float valve and cause the pump to think it needs to keep filling the resevoir, which will send water continuously through the overflow tube into the drip tray (and soon onto the floor). If you need to move the unit, remove the bottle, dispense all water in the resevoir, then move unit. They don't tell you about this in the literature! We would give it a 5 except for this.
