Costumer Reviews
This product is way overpriced for flimsy molded plastic and the dispenser button sticks badly! It is an attractive dispenser but it doesn't really work.
I tried to give it back but the hassle was a train wreck. I kept exchanging emails with the Air and Water returns desk and they said sorry for the delays but we are still awaiting instructions from the manufacturer, and , thank you for your patience This went on for about 8 weeks. There were phone calls too, during which I pointed out that I bought the dispenser from their company, not the manufacturer. My friends said, the company you are dealing with is just hoping you will give up and go away. My friends were right and the company knew their stuff. I tried not to but, I gave up!
The dispenser is sitting in my garage, in the original packaging awaiting donation to the Salvation Army. Maybe some clever person can fix it and use it.
I thought this was going to be the perfect solution to our dog licking the spigots of our floor model water dispenser until after the first bottle of water was put on the dispenser. Before I noticed the leaking, it had ruined the table it was sitting on, the oak china cabinet it was sitting next to and there was water all over the tile floor running underneath the baseboard. I thought it was very light weight and was a little afraid it would not hold a 5 gallon bottle of water even tho the information said it was capable of 3,4, or 5 gallon bottles. It was leaking from the slits that are in the bottom of the dispenser. Very unhappy...
