This was the only cooler I found that had good water flow like my older unit. I wanted a unit that did two simple things, make cold water and hot water that's it! This dispenser fits the bill. I like the dispensers hot/cold levers. They feel solid when you push down unlike some cheaper models that have a cheap button that has a lot of give. This unit dose not have a refrigerator, I don't know why most manufactures insist on putting a tiny refrigerator in the bottom of there dispensers to me this is a complete waste of electricity and it has no value since they never really get as cold as your home's fridge. This unit is simple (no stupid refrigerator) and is actually built nice. It's plastic but it's a hard plastic kind of like the same stuff they make kids plastic riding toys out of so it seems durable. I did a LOT of looking around for a replacement dispenser and the WD362BP fit exactly what I wanted. Shipping was fast and it was packaged well as not to break in transit. I would recommend this dispenser.
This is the worst product I ever saw. Mine arrived looking "used," but I tried to set it up anyway. Three calls to Avanti only made matters worse. One call told me to add more water, which ended up leaking all over my wood floor. Bottom line, the hot water side would never work. On top of that, you have to "drain" at least 4 cups from the hot water side EVERY time you change your bottle! I returned the unit and will stay away from Avanti!
