I purchased this counter top water cooler for my office. The box was shipped from the manufacturer and arrived damaged. It looked like a two year old packed it. I already had reservations about my purchase. I opened the box and inspected it for further damage. I pulled it out and noticed how light in weight it was, thinking how can a 5 gallon bottle of water fit on it without tipping over? It took me 5 minutes to decide that I would be sending it back. For the price, I can't believe how cheaply it was made. Save yourself a headache. Don't waste your time or money on this product.
