We had to send the first one back because it leaked, but the second one worked perfectly. Other dispensers we've used had a slow dispenser and it took too long to get a glass of water. This one flows much faster, although the hot is a little slower. Great for the price!

Simply put the cold water is room temperature. The cold light doesn't come on, and it doesn't cool the water. I think the seller who sold me this sold me a broken floor model or a customer return. Amazon, this item should be removed from the Amazon stores.
