This dispenser failed right out of the box. After filling with water and plugging the device into the outlet, the heater elements appeared to burn up. The device produces no hot water.
Purchase the water cooler at a local retailer, was worried for reviews, wanted to make sure I could returned if needed, but resulted great for its price, working well after a month, will buy again!
