The RWC-190 uses thermo-electric power to dispense cold and hot water to suit any refreshment needs. It has a Capacity of producing 5 liters per hour of hot water (185° F -205°F) and 2 liters per hour of cold water(45°F-60°F). It is energy efficient and has anti-electric shock protection a drip tray and can hold 3 - 5 gallon bottles of water. It is also equipped with LED indicator lights and a child-safety switch.

this was a good buy. Keeps water cold and hot component works well also. you do not have to take cap off water bottle cause there is a spiking apparatus that will spike a hole which is cool and avoid spillage. Purchased three, my brothers and sister wanted one for their homes.
I love this little water cooler. No more contacts with any water companies for me Keep my water cold and my water hot if I want it hot. Though to save energy I don't have the hot water side turned on. Yes, there are two switches in the back for the hot and cold. Or leave it totally off for room temperature water.
Love the little cup hider on the bottom as well. Have recommended this to several people.
